BARBER HOMESTEAD PARK opened in 1997. We are located on the 200 year old Barber Homestead Century Farm. The property was settled by the Barbers in 1785 and continues to be owned by the Barber Family. We welcome and accommodate all modes of camping, from Big Rigs to tents. Housekeeping cabins are also available.

BARBER HOMESTEAD PARK features a quiet, secluded, "off the beaten path" atmosphere. Come and enjoy all the advantages of a new campground. Our bathrooms and showers are sparkling clean and our grounds are fresh where the grass is thick and plentiful.

We are located about 2 miles from Westport, NY. This small quaint village offers golf, swimming, boat launching and rental, plays and musicals at the Depot Theater, and fine food at the local cafes and restaurants. More information on Westport can be found at www.westportny.com .

Barber Homestead Park is centrally located to many area attractions in the Adirondacks and in Vermont. Montreal, CA is also a day trip away. You can spend the day visiting these attractions or shopping and then leave the crowd, noise and congestion and enjoy the night with us under the Adirondack stars.
